This week's challenge is to go one full day only using your phone to send and receive calls and texts.
Smart phones are awesome. All that technology and capability crammed into something that fits in your pocket. It's really cool. In fact, it helps pay my bills. It would be difficult for many folks to get through a day without using the GPS or one of dozens of social media apps. But that's the problem. The ease with which we can access information, services, and entertainment leads us to fill downtime with otherwise pointless endeavors. I'm not challenging you to abandon the smartphone, only to go one day without using the "smarts" of your phone so that you can remember all of the conveniences it provides that you've become reliant on.
