Turn off the TV. Put down the book. Get up and get active.

Even if all you do is some jumping jacks and push-ups, make the choice to do something and do it.

To pass this challenge, you have to do at least one set of 20 jumping jacks, 20 push-ups, and 20 lunges per day for at least three days.
