To pass this week's challenge, pick a meal that you could otherwise enjoy and skip it.
It's possible that you already do this out of necessity or because you're busy, but this isn't that. You need to pick a specific meal on a specific day where you could eat, but instead choose not to. Instead, spend the time you would typically spend chewing by talking with your son or reading a book. Do something with your time that helps you connect with God, your son, or yourself.
